We currently ship USPS. This includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. USPS (Flat Rate Box)(3-5 days).

Ground (5-8 days) – Any order where UPS Ground was selected will be shipped UPS Ground 3 Day Select (3 days) – Any order where UPS 3 Day Select was selected will be shipped UPS 3 Day Select 2nd Day Air (2 days) – Any order where UPS 2nd Day Air was selected will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. Next Day Air (1 day) – Any order where UPS Next Day Air was selected will be shipped UPS Next Day Air.
- The eCiggy usually ships all orders out within 24 – 48 hours after an order is placed. The only exception is on Fridays. Friday orders might ship out on Saturday but most likely it will ship out on the following Monday. The eCiggy will not guarantee Saturday shipping.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for a tracking number to enter into USPS’s system. The eCiggy cannot make any guarantees as to how quick a tracking number is entered into USPS’s system.
- Please do not contact The eCiggy to ask about your order within 3 days of placing your order. It may take 3 days for your order to ship or to enter into USPS’s system.
- USPS claims certain transit times for First Class, Priority, and Express Mail. The eCiggy can make no such guarantees. If the package is delayed The eCiggy will not take responsibility for delayed mail due to delays within the USPS system.
- Because USPS provides no guarantees, The eCiggy cannot be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, damaged, or delayed receipt of any orders using USPS. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section during checkout. The eCiggy will not be held responsible for lost, mis-directed, and non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of The eCiggy’s control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit of the order into the USPS system.
- The eCiggy reserves the right and can change or adjust this policy at any time.
What happens if I need to change an order?
- 1st – If you email us and catch the order in time, we can make such changes to the flavor or strength for refills. We cannot change the quantity or the type of kit you might want to change.
- 2nd – If your change is quantity or type of kit, you MUST request to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel your order as soon as possible. You will have to place your order again. We cannot and will not place the order for you. Once we confirm the cancellation of the order with you, you can place your order again.
- 3rd – If your order has already shipped, The eCiggy will not be held responsible or liable for any additional shipping charges that you might have. The eCiggy WILL NOT pay for shipping back. You are responsible to pay for such shipping. Any exchanges at this point will not ship until The eCiggy receives the order back to our offices
